When your worksheet prints on multiple pages you can make it easier to read by printing column headings and row titles on the printout. Choose Page Layout > Print Titles and click in the Rows to repeat at top box and type 1:1 to select to print the first row on all pages or 1:2 to print the first two rows. Click in the Columns to repeat at left box and type A:A to include the first column on all printed pages. Click Ok and you can go ahead and print the worksheet as usual.
